1.The technical process is as follows normal aluminum ingot→ Melting furnace →holding furnace→ casting machine→ cantilever balancing pendant oil hydraulic shearer→ continuous rolling machine →double reel aluminum rod continuous revolve rod device→ aluminum rod
2.The melting aluminum or the melted aluminum, through the holding furnace and the launder get into wheel belt casting machine, continuous cast into 2240mm2 section U type aluminum ingot. Then through the cantilever balance pendant oil hydraulic shearer cut the useless ingot, then press the upper small and feed into the rolling machine and outlet rod, at last through the guide wheel tube, double frame down wire machine revolve rod in coil.
