1.The technical process is as follows normal aluminum ingot→ Melting furnace   →holding furnace→ casting machine→ cantilever balancing pendant oil hydraulic shearer→ continuous rolling machine →double reel aluminum rod continuous revolve rod device→ aluminum rod

2.The melting aluminum or the melted aluminum, through the holding furnace and the launder get into wheel belt casting machine, continuous cast into 2240mm² section U type aluminum ingot.
